Fun and excitement await at Vacation Bible School. Register now for the Trinity Lutheran Church VBS experience. Open to all kids in the community from pre-school to 6th grade (children must be potty trained before the start of VBS in order to attend).

Resurrection Sunday SonRise Breakfast & Service

Christ, our Lord, has risen! Alleluia! Join us on Easter Morning as we gather together to mark the miracle of Easter, marking the resurrection of our Savior. We will have a fellowship breakfast open to all at 8am, followed by Worship Service at 9:30am.
Trinity Lutheran Church Annual Easter Egg Hunt
When: Saturday, April 19th, 2025
Time: 10am
Where: Hallgreen Park (701 Franklin St, DeKalb, IL) – Across from Trinity Lutheran Church
Cost: Free
Join us at Hallgreen Park on Saturday, April 19th for the Trinity’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Over 6,000 Eggs will be scattered throughout the park for your kids to find and enjoy! The Easter Bunny will also be there and ready to take pictures! All are welcome.
Good Friday Community Cross Walk & Service
When: Friday, April 19th, 2025
Time: 11:30am – 1pm
Where: Starts at Trinity Lutheran Church (303 South Seventh Street) and ends at the Cathedral of Praise (1126 S 1st St)
Join Trinity and Local area churches as we mark Good Friday with a Cross Walk and Service. Starting at Trinity Lutheran Church at 11:30am, we will carry a cross to Cathedral of Praise where a Good Friday service will be held from Noon to 1pm.
Maundy Thursday Service
When: Thursday, April 17th, 2025
Time: 7pm
Where: Trinity Lutheran Church – 303 South Seventh Street, DeKalb IL
Maundy Thursday, the night in which Christ was betrayed. Join us for service as we partake in the Lord’s Supper (Holy Communion) and strip the Altar, preparing ourselves for the solemness that first comes and the triumph that follows.
All You Can Eat Breakfast

Come and meet the Easter bunny and join us for the return of the Trinity All-You-Can-Eat Country Breakfast. $10 a person for adults, $5 a person for children.
Midweek Lenten Service

Join us this Lenten season for Soup and Service as we come together in fellowship every Wednesday night during this solemn season. Soup starts at 6pm, service begins at 6:45pm. Each week will be a new sermon reflecting on our Lenten journey into the wilderness with Christ.
