Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
As we approach the end of April, I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the important role that administrators play in our church and community. This week, April 27th, was National Administrators’ Appreciation Day. I want to recognize and thank our very own Church Administrator, Donna Kayes. Donna’s ongoing efforts and dedication to our church have been instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly. She is truly a blessing to us all, and we are so grateful for her service.
This morning (April 29th), we are hosting our country breakfast character event. We hope everyone will come out and enjoy some delicious food and fellowship. It’s a great opportunity to bring friends and family together, enjoy some time together and support Trinity’s Vacation Bible School. Mickey, Minnie, and their friends Chip and Dale will join us for the kids.
As we look ahead to next week, I want to remind everyone that May 4th is the National Day of Prayer. At 12:00 pm, our church will be joining with other local congregations on the steps of the County CourtHouse in Sycamore to pray for our government, military, businesses, education, media, church, and families. As we come together in prayer, let us remember the words of 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” Let us humble ourselves before God and seek his face, believing that he will hear our prayers and heal our land.
May the grace of God be with us all as we continue to serve him and each other.

Our Trinity Family will be collecting your unwanted prescription glasses. These will be donated to the Lions Club. Unwanted hearing aides may also be donated. There is a donation box at the church
A limited number of hanging petunia baskets are available for purchase at $25 a basket. The colors available are pink, purple and red. These are first come, first served. Contact Kim Halverson or email the church if you are interested
